Re: Good Bazaars VS Bad Bazaars
I think the best way for vendors to earn $ in flea or bazaar is to SHARE! In that way, our cost will be lower and our take home revenue will be higher... so always share instead of doing it alone.....

Re: Good Bazaars VS Bad Bazaars
I treat bazaars as a platform to expand awareness, since I have a brick and mortar shop.
Firstly, to fully establish yourself, decorate your booth. Make it outstanding! (I have a huge Sunflower btw). Next, bring namecards, flyers to give around. Thirdly, just have fun. Talk to customers, make friends, etc. I've not been to alot of bazaars yet. Clarke Quay, Far East.... Soon, going to NTU, perhaps new ones along Singapore River(they invited me)... Don't gauge a success of a bazaar base on your sales. Gauge on their efforts, to promote & hype up the event. No one can guarantee you sales the moment you take up a space with them. It's a 2-way thingy. Get your supporters go down support you, create your own awareness n hype as well. Anyone got interesting bazaar soon, do let me know as welll! |

Takeshi, if you organise Nanyang poly Bazzzar, can rope me in?
I actually a former student there & always wanted to have a flea booth there as a trial. Thanks first! Hope |
