Feedback on One Raffles Place

Hi, anyone tried out the bazaar at one raffles place before? As it is at upper level, is the crowd good? Hope to get some feedback Tks

My 2cents worth that's coming a wee bit too late but hopefully still useful for those who plans to try future bazaars at this place.

One Raffles Place is the former OUB Centre at Raffles Place, above/link to Raffles Place MRT Station.

Always be mindful that shops (and therefore bazaars) in this area are more likely to operate on a 5 or 5.5 days week because most offices are closed on Sun, and the place will be rather quiet after office hour.

You are more likely to get the office crowd during lunch hour, then again, everyone is rushing for their lunch, not many can really shop. But I do see some mid to high end boutiques in One Raffles Place and Chevron House.

If the bazaar is located nearer to Level 1 or basement, it will be better because the eating crowds are there. Too high up, most will be too lazy/tired to go up. And don't forget there's immediate competition from the event sales/pushcart operators in Raffles Xchange if your products clash with theirs.

Good marketing is necessary to bring the crowd to the bazaar on upper level. Research and street survey is a must if you are a 1st timer, otherwise you may end up helping the bazaar organizer pay the rental.
