Be Careful when You Buy On Line
 

Hi guys,

Just to share some of my experience to you all.

I recently bought some cloths and purse from this supplier in singapore and just received goods on yesterday.

When I open up, I was shock and v. very angry and can't believe my own eye.... is this my goods.:mad:

The goods I received are the very lousy goods, I have received.

The cloths are old stock, material was very rough like ( ma pu ) and totally different from this supplier wed site display.

The coin purse are dirty, old stock and have stain on it ( Sheng Xiu ). How am I going to sell to my customer...

This supplier wed site displays a clause on its term and condition page stating that all the item sold on site will be 80% to 90% similar to the picture.

Unfortunate this does not what I see what I get.... and is totally different from the picture.

Yesterday was my nightmare and can't sleep well for the whole nite..... too bad still have to face it.

Hope you guys be careful when you buy on line ..... what you see may not wha you get.....

Hi, i understand how you feel.
But i believe that not many online seller do businesses without integrity like this supplier.
Maybe you can provide the website here so everyone can avoid this to happen.

this is the problem when u buy things from these socalled suppliers without even having a look at the products.
you see,, all the young and new business men have to understand one thing, that web sites are just a form of advertisement of their products. its another way to reach to you. but you have to do your part before buying things from them. the photo they show in the site is just a guideline for u to know what kind of design they have..see the product for urself before u buy especially when u buy for business.
i know this lecture is boring.. but i'm someone who have lost tens of thousands in my initial years with this kind of stuff..
so cheer up and take it as another lesson..

Actually, i believe you can make a complain to her? Because her rates for supplying are actually quite high, and her courier service is reported to be not only a rip off -- but lousy service as well.

The kids pass you the goods impolitely and expect you to be home as and when they need to go to pass you the goods.

Many online sellers / suppliers like us aren't like that, and i hope future suppliers you meet will have that basic integrity not to rip you off etc.

Hope you're feeling better, but i honestly advise you to lodge a complain.
Many forums and communities will be able to support you in that hand -- such as gathering other people who've also been cheated by the web to lodge a complain.

Honestly the web has been establish for quite awhile so i'm actually amaze they dare to put their reputation at risk :/

Hi ksiewgek, for the clothing i think if supplier dun accept refund, no choice. But for the bags like u say looks dirty and got stain. I am sure u can ask for refund for them. Have you contacted them on the defects?

actually there are many other suppliers selling such poor quality of clothings. besides cleocat, there are CCT fashion n many others. they all stated the same as hkg n china wholesaler for clothes. esp ladies clothes. I tried to do ladies wear before n order from a few suppliers in china. the qualities are damn terrible as per wat was described, feel like a few pieces of clothes jus sew together n pass to u. i dun even dare to sell to my customers who had placed an order. some with lost buttons, pocket sew too tight or small...a lot of funny stitches here n there.

the pics looks so pretty but then those clothings are "unwearable" at all.

in fact, if u wan, u can go to "baidu" n search up these suppliers..a lot of ppl even those china ppl aso complaint abt these "no heart" suppliers n call the goods as "junks' or "rubbish goods", "la ji huo"

so if u are ordering ladies clothings online, jus nd to be more careful...try to google online n see able to find out anything ant the reputation of the suppliers.

Cleocat fashion is a SG wholesaler, i believe they also get from the same suppliers that we all source before and even now. they still earn from you as a wholesaler and i'm surprised that they still dare to sell to you the items that are old.

Actually CCT fashion is considered better than some other china suppliers who sell quality that sucks.

Also pls be careful of Shoplah online shop (http://www. shoplah.com), they are not reliable and their actual item actually looks so much different from the picture.

Cheap stuff doesn't always mean good stuff, sometimes one suffers even more losses as a result. :(

ya i saw this web before. recently also a very angry online purchase from mini-pushcart...
i having close door say on last sat. so i order from 3 ppl who carried the brand i want.. only this brand. so angry with them all order same timing. only this one come late and on event day ask me go collect from them.... i ask them send to me. they so lazy....

so angry... till now haven call me to collect balance good. ask me money very fast........
