Be Careful To This Supplier From China...he's Cheater

Hi everyone...im new here..i just wan to share my experience with one supplier from china which i know from here....so anyone can learn from my experience..
im from indonesia and i saw tis supplier's ad on tis website so i sent him email and start to order dresses from him...after i sent payment to him he sent my order,it takes quite long to reach me about 3 weeks...its ok but im shock because in the package it less 2 pcs of clothes and he never told me so i asked him and he said its sold out so i told him to keep my money for next order...its kind of strange because usually another supplier will tell me and refund my money eventhough i dont ask....
actually i dont wan to order again but i have to because my customers already order from me and so i order again and as usual after i receive the package it less 7 pcs clothes again and he never told me too so i ask him from email but he never reply me anymore...then i called him but he said he got many customers from indonesia so he has to check my email first but then he still never reply me....i guess he doesnt wan to refund my money...

well tis is his address on tis website

I also encounter bad service from China Supplier..The stocks I have received are those very old stock , have dirty marks, hole , color fade...bad quality..

 ...I have email to them to inform them the lousy stock I have received...they are not so willing to help..I did ask to exchange the stock. But they need me to return the stock to investigate and change for me (they highlight to me there is a risk which they might not be able to received the post)..in case they did not received the stock, they will not exchange for me..they suggest to me...just leave it..dun post..next order will free me some t-shirt

I dare not to order again from china..no more next order...

i've ordered from them abt 3 times... but this time they tend to delay my mails. i've finally received their email late afternoon just now. asking them why did they take such a long time in replying my mail. Well, they just ignored my qns!

Some of their materials are just like tracing papers! Kinda transparent and torn edges... asked for a refund, they don't approve. wth lah!

Actually you guys can get the goods from local wholesalers.

Taking us for example.

We have supplies from China, Korea, Japan and Hong Kong, and they are our long time business associates, providing us with good quality products and timely delivery.

All our purchases are consolidated in Shanghai and shipped to Singapore and our representative in Shanghai will ensure that the products meet the specs.

No doubt it may cost abit more than going direct but we are able to give you the option of mixing products rather than from just 1 source.

We practice a minimum sum per order but there is no minimum quantity to meet, eg. half dozen, 1 dozen, etc.

It may be a good idea to visit your suppliers but think of the time, cost and effort involved. How many suppliers can you visit in a single trip and are you sure you are getting the best deal?

In the end, you might not be better off than buying here.

I am not promoting my services here and sharing my 2 cents worth.

If anyone is keen to know more, feel free to contact me.

I am always willing to share.

hi there,

my suggestion to buyer out there is to look for your own permanent supplier locally or in overseas.
the buyer must view & feel the product, talk to the supplier in product quality, price, your limitation, etc and examine how your supplier react.
if you feel that the supplier are willingly to help you, i think you have found yourself a good supplier.
check on the products you need and get some friends in the same trade to join your purchase listing for better discount and up your purchase volume.
it is not difficult to look for loose item/small qty order these days in oversea as time is bad. most supplier are willing to lower their moq or suggest some form of assistant to you for consideration.

i am mainly in product design & development business for lighting and healthcare products. with distribution business for our olite products in singapore.:yippee:

i hope i will be able to help out somehow.:juggle:

best regards steed

Re: Be Careful To This Supplier From China...he's Cheater

hi,

we are not a buying or selling house for clothing, please don't be mistaken.
i happen to view the forum and just sharing my point of view.

my company is dealing in all types of lights energy saving bulb and tube, we supply direct to customer at the moment, and would like to supply to retailer starting next year. we are currently in discussion with some local supermart and electrical lighting company to have our olite brand of products available to public buyer soon.

we welcome enquires and partner to call me for further discussions. :thanx:

my stand is that; the value of your product depend on how you market it.
for example, an establish international p brand energy saving bulb are made in china, most singapore family are using their china made bulb which last for 6 to 9 month before replacement at after offer price $6.50 per bulb, whereas our olite bulb, can last for 9 to 12 month at retail price $5.00.
we create a "value for money" experient for the buyer to explore new product and quality. so it doe not mean that cheap is no good.
in any business, you will need to have some trustee supplier and your own judgement on the quality you are buying.

maybe to many out there feel that i am talking rots or selling my company products,
but actual fact is that, i am sharing my view and experients hopin gto be able to help someone out there.
of course, if there are interested party in our products, we would like to expand our souce of retailing.

best regard
steed
