![]() Hi Everyone,
Had any bad experiences with organisers? I'm also part of entrepreneurial group of people, and sometimes, organisers are really bad and they exploit us while we remain in silence. This thread is for people to share their experiences about bad organisers so that others will not patronise them anymore and let them continue with their wrong doings. |

![]() Well, I had a very bad experience with an organiser, name starting with H, a Japanese name. My story is quite long and if anyone wanna hear a detailed account of my story, please tell me, I don't mind sharing more.
As a summary, I've been with this organiser for 8 whole months, every month was a challenge with them, but we stood on for our regular customers who I got to know and become very familiar with some of them over our stay there. As for the problems, well, to me the organiser is very scheming or cunning I would say. If she has a problem with you, she would wait till you transfer your rental to her, and then she will take the money with one hand, and stab you with a knife with her other hand. Yes, that has happened many times, even for a tenant who decided to stay with you and a not so crowded mall. Another thing I want people to be wary about is that their furniture. Their wiring is so bad, that around 4 to 5 times the power was cut because of a short circuit, and during the first time, the bad wiring caused a fire with the cloth they provided, and I myself almost got shocked by the loose wiring. And as all pushcart and kiosk tenants know, cloth is used to cover our premises when we are not operating, so for the burnt cloth, they told us they will get it fixed but it took them 2 months and a lot of chasing before they can get the cloth fixed. Tell me, had they got to get every thread and weave them together one by one for that 2 whole months? |
