Where to Get Hair/head Bands Holder?

Looking for hair/head bands holder that pushcart and retail accessories shop use to display that head-band... those that look like a fat round tube, usually is made of mesh metal or some nicer one will have velvet wrap around them.

Been asking around the shops but all the sale-person said not sure as their boss got them. Do let me know where to get them and roughly the price range.

Along serangoon road name Nikorex can check their address on their website and another shop selling the same thing near nikorex.
