Hi Jo Ann,

The pos system is about 3-4 years. In good working condition. We have signed a warranty contract with the seller so when there's any problem, the technicians will provide on site or telephone support. We are still using the system. If sincere in getting one, you may vIsit my retail shop and I can demostrate the functions to you.
