Bazaars at SengKang Opposite Compasspoint
 

Hi,

I have half the tent (which comprises 3 tables) daily rental is $65 comes with lightings except no aircon and not rain splash intend to share with ppl. Anyone interested? The Bazaar will start from 02 Jan till 10 Jan total of 9 days. Location is opposite Compasspoint along SengKang East road next to SHELL petrol kiosk.

We are selling ladies T-shirts and accessories. Also interested to look for consignment to boost up the stall.

Hmmm... $65 for half a tent for a 9 days fair is a bit steep ... Do you mind if i ask who named u the price ? (There are 2/3 organisers in charge...)

Mr Oh brother called Ah Seng quoted me the price. You can get a better deal? Anyway didn't take up cos no one willing to share, still got space from you?

Hmmm ... No wonder he told mi he cannot remember renting to u ... I'm taking one tent by myself ... The fair is starting tml ... I dunno if there are any remaining spaces which are not at the very end...

Why not u go take a look tml ... and try asking ard for ah seng... he should be around ... maybe u can then try asking if there are spaces for one or 2 tables if u dun need such a big space ... cos normally those making acrylic keychains don't take half a tent as well ... rental will be much cheaper ...

Anyway , i've went there once and the crowd there is super good ! Especially at night . I think cos sengkang also not much entertainment . =)

Hi Ling,

This is my first time setting up, maybe you can PM me what is consider a reasonable price for just a table at such Flea market and any other hidden charges. So easier to bargain with the organiser when they quote the price.

There are a few organisers in Singapore. Some are doing fair with longer duration like 2 weeks to 1 month. Some others do fair that are shorter like 3 days, 6 days, 9 days. I normally follow one specific organiser who hold mostly 3 and 6 days fair.

For these outdoor fairs, they normally rent out half a tent or bigger . Half a tent will comprise of 3 tables . One tent 6 tables etc .

CNY coming ... so most organisers are holding 2 to 3 weeks new yr fair till CNY eve... my organiser holding one more 12 days fair and then CNY fair till CNY eve... maybe after CNY then short period fair will resume ...

Hi ! I chatted with my organiser last night and he told mi that vendors are not suppose to share or rent out to other people on their own. Cos they dun wan ppl to earn from sharing. So i think maybe if interested, can look for someone to share first then let the organisers know that "you and ur partner" are taking the stall together.

Currently they holding a 12 days fair at Jurong West , starting today ... Quite long duration , wanted to let out 6 days but not allowed to do so ! =) So have to do the 12 days straight...
