Sharing - Tiny space at Far East Plaza
 

Hi all,

I have just came across a small space in Far East Plaza for rent at the 2nd floor. The size is 2mx2m, with own shuttle. It's available for immediate occupancy and tenancy ends in October! Not much renovation involved as there is already aircon and carpeted flooring. Main tenant is in telecommunication business. The sub-tenant was in electronic business but have found another place for their business and have already moved out.

The rental is $1200 per month for this space and $10+ for power supply. Anyone interested to try it out for the few months? Or may be for a few persons to share out the cost for renting the space...?

I have not exactly seen the place but understand that the telecom business is doing quite well. The space is too small for clothing but I think for small items / accessories should be ideal.

Anyone interested please let me know or please propose your intent/ideas... Or all who are interested can arrange to meet up and brain-storm the possibilities!

A reminder - the space is now empty... and can be taken up very fast.

Thanks for the interest. The more people sharing the cheaper the cost. Although 2mx2m seems small - the walls does allow plenty of room for displaying stuff. And can approx. stand 5 persons browsing in the 'counter' (that's what the sub-tenant told me). The following is some calculations for consideration:

1 month rental = $1200 + 20 (est. power supply at max. cost)
Per day rental = $43 (divided by 28 days)
If shared by 5 people per day cost for per person = $8.60
Per week rental per person = $60.20 (estimated figure)

I believe we can also made some rooms for consignments items. Lets explore all possibilities. Anyone else interested, please drop me your interest / intend at my yahoo address.
