To Register with ROC
 

Hi, I just wanna start a pushcart business and would like to know whether we
should register a company to run the business or is it a must to register with
ROB in Singapore?

Anyone please advise

I dont know of any ROB in Singapore, it should be ACRA. In the legal point of view, all businesses however small must be registered.

In practical terms, some mall management will request for your company name & registration number or to see your company profile issued by ACRA while others don't.
