Y renting out to other people is a risk? is it becos they will damage ur shop?

Oh......It's ok....
I have a great idea...which I am considering at the moment..
And I think it benefits a lot of people. :)
Will update you guys as soon as I have it firmed.
Meanwhile, can anybody enlighten me on how to start off?
The registration and all....the tax...whatever I should know...?

hmm.. shophouse.. ur location got traffic?

anyway i used to do online sales of my handmade accessories (swarovski crystals, glass, beads, etc), but no time to maintain my website cos working fulltime. i still have quite a fair bit of accessories left. i can put the stocks with u on "consignment-like" basis, payment only when items are sold. do pm me if interested :)

Hi...Yeah, I have exactly the same problem as you..lolx..
But now I'm updating my website again after more than a year!
I'll definitely take in consignments and more when I have a place..
Will update you guys again..
Cos I just checked the shophouse has been rented out.
So, currently I'm still looking... :coffee:
