Re: Sponsor

uhm, I'm assuming most of the ppl here are business personal. The question is mainly, *what will they get out of it?* You're 15, not much experience in business (which is more than selling and buying), you sure you will make $? Advice to you is to ask for consignment goods, and get a booth over at the library. i heard its rather cheap, 50-60 a day only.

*if i get branded mean, so be it.. *sobs* :tantrum:

Will advise you to work for people at pushcart first,
gain the experience and save the money for your future business.

Re: Sponsor

uhm, actually, i dun think i was mean. If you were actually doing business, you need to actually be tuffer than this. ppl who owe you $ wun wanna pay up. ppl whom you owe money to will keep calling up...

alternatively, u can be a sort of roving sales person. ppl will let you have some of their samples, then you can sell to your friends, etc etc...

Re: Sponsor

Hi, I think if you are looking for seed money, U need to assure potential investors how committed are you to your business. You are only 15 = no experience, no need to study? How are you planning to manage your business if you need to divide your time between school & business? What makes you think that your business will succeed? This is reality, nobody will throw cold hard cash to you & let you play with their hard-earned money.

You need to do your part. Work out a business proposal: Who, What and How?

Who are you selling to?
What are you selling?
How are you selling?

How are you sourcing for your merchandise? What's your target sales, profit? How soon do you plan to return the money? What happens if the business does not work out as expected? What's your Plan B, C or even D? You have to think through, plan & prepare for the worst case scenario.

Actually if you have good business plan, you don't even need to return the money. You can share profit with your sleeping investor/s.

All the best.

I dont need your comment.
Your comment is so mean.
I am not forcing anyone to help me with it.
I only ask people who are willing to,not YOU to give any comments!

Re: Sponsor

From my experiences , some ways to succeed in business is to be humble , accept comments from others (be it more or less experiences) and learn from one another's success and mistakes .

Some comments given are really helpful and are indeed good learning points =)

Its great to see young ppl having such an entrepreneur spirit !

Jia You ! All the best ! =)

Re: Sponsor

If you cannot take the comments in forum, I do not think you are able to take the hardship of working and building up your (so-call) business in reality.

If all the above helpful info and advice are consider harsh then you are jus plain being big headed by all those good things u see in ur mind of a smooth sailing business.

To have a dream n aim in life is good, something to applause for, but to show your retaliation n resentment when met with slight negative comments or suggestions, i think best is u either put off that idea till u r older or learn while you work.

Hi,

With your this kind of attitude, i dont think im willing to risk my money with you.

Business is not as easy as you thought. U better save all the posts in this thread cos they are valuable advises which might be your guideline to be a business person in future. We could be your mentor one day, who knows :laff: You are too young to know the business world, be humble and learn from the experience, keep the sacarcism for future...

If you think all these are mean, then you have not met the real 'mean' yet..

From a few post that you posted, anybody would know that you are not ready yet..to be success, ATTITUDE is the most important of ALL.. not even money or whatsoever, still ATTITUDE is the most important.

With the right attitude, anything can happen, even miracle!!:laff:

for example, if you have not posted the sarcacism above, i would have considered to help you. But your post reflects the real you, i dont have to talk to you or even meet you, i already know i cant put my money with you. What if you treat the same to the customer when customer gives you a comment that you are unhappy about, will the business still survive with this attitude? You dont need many, just one customer is enough to make the business go bust!! cos that ONE could be a reporter :laff:, you never knew!! So the conclusion is, attitute has to be in YOU so that you can treat everybody the same..

I believe we are all not mean here (or shall i said not mean enough), we are just merely giving our opinions from the businessmen point of view as i believe all people here are businessmen/entrepreneur running their own businesses having experience ups and downs of business life everyday, we are just sharing with you.

Learn to change, and you shall success..

Re: Sponsor

Dear Small Girl,

If you cannot even take honest and free advice, how are you going to face the tough customers when you are selling your products? By the way, those ain't even mean comments, in fact if you learn those advice from outsiders, you actually have to pay for it. We are all just giving you advice through our own experiences. Setting up your own business isn't as easy as you think.

Well,

You ask, you might get. You don't ask, you never get.:D :D

Although for me the request sound ridiculously naive , I must applaused for her courage.

Re: Sponsor

To begin with, you can collect branded or unbranded, unused or used clothes from friends or relatives, & those whom you know. Sell them in flea market. Earn those $ first & start to build your saving from there. You be surprised, those money can be used as part of your capital. Good luck !
