Newbie: Requirements on how to setup push cart business?
 

Hi,

Other than a push cart, retail spot, products and staff, are there other requirements on starting a pushcart business? Like do I need a license? Or should I register for tax purposes?

you're doing a business in public... of course you need a business license. if you're doing internet one, nothing to say. but if you're gonna bring it out, better be safe than sorry.

Thanks for the reply Mystech. In that case, where do I apply for a business license? As for the tax, will that be included in filing my individual income tax or is there a separate tax for the business? Thanks again!
