New Retail Shop

Hihi!

New to retail~ if anyone has experience, please kindly share? :thanx:

1. Besides Far East and Bugis who has younger crowds, any idea which places attract more age 16 to 26?

2. Would engaging an agent or contacting the leasing department be more efficient and cheaper? Any contacts for agents?

3. Could anyone provide a cheap renovation contractor?

4. Looking to share retail space too~ anyone intending to set up a new shop in 3 to 5 months time?

Thanks for helping! :thanx:

What are you selling?

Established mall does not deal with agent. They will need to see your business and merchandise plan.

2nd that.

It'll also depend on what kind of products you're selling, how it'll uniquely appeal to them and your marketing effort in pulling in this market segment.

no offence but illuma seems like a dead town esp. during weekdays.
