Licence for Push Cart/Flea/Fair/Bazaar???
 

Hi, I am intending to rent a push cart to sell stationery like note cards, invitations and such printed matters..

Let's say I already register for a new business, do I need to apply a license for the push cart? Does it categorize under retail??

dun think need license for push cart. just ur ACRA registration will do.

for the pushcart, you would have to approach the shopping mall management in charge of retail-lease. may need to submit a proposal for ur biz, and payment of 3-month or 6-month up front rent.

u mean reg biz? just go acra's website will do :) can reg online
