How To Start A Pushcart Business
Dear all,
I would like to start a pushcart business. I will bring in my stock from Bangkok. please assist me on the following questions: 1) Should I register my business under sole proprietorship? 2) How to bring in the stock? Should I declare GST if value exceed S$400? 3) How to get the push cart? Is it provided by the mall? 4) How to participate any event/ Bazaar? I noted that there will provide with table and chair, is that mean that I can only use that for my set up? or mean that will only be the space that I can use for? 5) How is the payment from customer? Should I need a cash register just directly collect cash from custmer will do? How is the arrangement via net? Thanks for your advise. |
