Anybody Can Help Me Start a Retail Business?
 

Hi

Just wondering anybody has their own shop who willing to share tips on how to get someone who is clueless like me to start a small shop? Specifically not from a mall or a pushcart. I want to know should I get a space first or get licence first and what is the timeline to prepare. I thought of opening hopefully in June 2008.

uhm.. neither.. you should do your sums 1st. and market survey. :P Unless your store is like mine, more as a showcase, you need the kind of ppl who will walk in and buy your stuff.

Also, if you want to takeover the Obriens Brand please let us know. The would be a nominal Franchise fees that need to be paid to Obriens for life time Franchise.
