However, if you are saying that you really need a space to store all your products or a space where potential customers can visit and view your products then office also can.

I'm doing venue set ups as well for weddings.. so I have stuff like sashes and chair decors etc that the customer can choose to rent. Thus I thought it might be good if I can display the products?

I'm considering those fitted office as well.. but not sure. How do you feel? To go to those partitioned office areas to shop for things?

Oic..if you got big stuff to keep, then probably you will need a space of your own.

Hmm as a consumer i probably wun walk into a partitioned office to shop, but if i made an appointment with you then its a different case.

At peninsula plaza, there seem to be a few wedding favors shop, maybe you can have a small office/shop there, but not sure how much is the rental though.

hhmmm... thanks for ur suggestion. I think you might be right. Using a partitioned office and going by appointments, like showroom, might just work fine.

Isnt an office space more expensive than retail price in less crowded mall.

actually the rental for offices have been dropping due to too much supply. Furthermore, fitted office has stuff like free wireless access, power supply, carpark etc which can save a bit
