Just registered a new business as a sole-proprietor in ACRA. Anyway I would like to know how retailers can get the license? (For clothing which is imported from china) And where to apply? Trying to read through those government website and yet still confusing.

Hello! You don't need a license to import clothes, just need to pay 7% GST at the customs. For that, the company doing the shipment can help you with it. If you importing from China, you can PM me should you need help with shipment. My family frequently ships stuff from China so we might be able to share the space making it cheaper. =)

Wow...DHL is expensive right? As fast as it is...is it still profitable? DHL will inform you of when to pay, usually when they pass you the goods.
