Letting Go a 6 Month Old Boutique

I am letting go a complete new boutique 55.9 sq meters (600 sq ft) at the Sentosa Boardwalk. Interested party can visit #01-07, Frangipani Creations, and thereafter contact me to discuss takeover fee of my assets. Landlord is Sentosa Development Corporation.
