100sqft but customers can actually shop from.outside the shop since is a double frontage.hence actual retail space is much more than 100sqft. :)

Hi there is no fitting room. Our clothes are all no trying. U can fit a fitting room at the mirror area if u wish. We took out the track from there.

Anyway, we will be giving $1000 to the next tenant who rent this shop for renovation. So meaning the deposit 2 months of $9k.. u only need to pay $8k and u get back $9k at the end of the lease term.

Reason being: It is pretty urgent as my salesgirl is resigning in March.
