Shop Look for Take Over

Hi, I have a gift shop in bugis area, Fortunate center near the kwan yin temple.

Currently sell clothes, gift and fashion accessories. Since I am too busy to take care it, so look for someone to take over from me. Price is verly cheap, just 3000 dollars, include this month rental , all the goods and take over cost. This shop is no contract with the owner, just need to give one month notice to the owner if you want to terminate

Fortunate? Do you mean Fortune Centre? If total is $3k, how so much is the rental? How's the traffic flow?
