Sembawang Shopping Centre Push Cart to Let Go for 2 or 3 Weeks
 

Hi Everyone,

I need to let go of Sembawang Shopping Centre for the period of April to 8th of May. Because estimated not enough stocks to sell for the last 2 weeks as sales for the weekend there is terribly good. Rental is negotiable. Interested person, please do not hesitate to pm me.

So amazed. If the sales is very good, y on earth would a biz person gave up the pushcart for others??? Buy in more stock to sell and make more $ la!

I think dare2be is afraid shippment maybe delayed. Hence, not enough to sell for last 2 weeks. Then again, don't just give up.

Yes. I just ordered some stocks. but only expected to arrive only End April. Scared that i got not enough stocks to sell. Anyone interested to take over? for a week or two also can.

come in and join us and you will know how amazing is the sales... It really depends on what you you sell. Like you no experience person, maybe can only suit staying at home and sleep.

I am in retail and pushcart business for many years. Observing SSC since its opening in Dec, shoppers are mostly buying from Giant & Daiso. Pushcart business not that fantastic. High rental cost has led to many pushcart owner bleed badly.

NO . I am not being personal. Like I have said, it depends on your product. I don't know what you are selling there but my business is really good during the weekend that we need two helpers to attend the pushcart lor. Because you don't know head or tails, and you kpo make the comment here. Thanks lor.... for being so KPO.

I am too in retail and pushcart business for many many years. Is less than S$80 rental call high rental cost? like i say you are ignorant. Most shopping center rental start from S$100/ day excl. GST. For a crowded shopping center like this already considered cheap. There is crowd, there will be business. Anyway, I have already found someone who is willing to take over from me. Just an advise from me. Don't do business if you are so scared of losses!!!
