Retail Space @ The Star Vista 2 or 3 years lease term up for immediate takeover Currently an F&B establishment, but space is open for takeover of all trades Located in close proximity to the foodcourt (Koufu) 500 square feet Strong lunch crowd presence due to proximity of offices - Biopolis, Metropolis, MOE building, Mediapolis, etc. Extremely strong Sunday crowd due to New Creation church services (5 sessions across the entire day) Highly reasonable and negotiable rental rates For takeovers related to F&B, store's existing equipment is up for sale at highly competitive rates.
