Hi all

I am looking for interested party to take over my push cart located at Choa Chu Kang Interchange. Due to some personal commitment, I am unable to carry on the business.

I paid $2140 w/gst per mth. I am willing to let go at 3.75k, for the remaining 2.5mths lease. The lease started from 15/4/09 and end on 14/6/09

I have paid the 1k deposit, which i will claim back from SMRT and also the temp fire safety license plus the electrical cabling work which cost another $100.

Interested party can start immediately.

Description of Location

The human traffic is consider high, as people who alight at CCK interchange have to pass thur the pushcart to get to the MRT, feeder bus services or Lot1 shopping complex.

The crowd consist of the following demographic:
Primary/ Secondary/Poly student, Housewive, NSF/regular and people going to and fro from work.

Suitable for selling product like:shoes, watches, comestic, Handphone accessories, MP3, console and games, Laptop and IT accessories, stationary or household items

Not suitable for food, as the place is very dusty (created by the buses). There are 2 pushcart, 1 cafe, and 1 small store selling food and drink located within the interchange.

Tee shirts, as the pushcart is located next to another cart selling the same thing

Lastly, point to note it that the location is quite humid.
