My auntie had a pushcart to let go. Period from October to December 2012. Keen, kindly PM me your contact number. It is located in West area and strictly meant for kids wear only.

now left 9 month contract, Contract can renewable

shop can book for atrium sales, you can arrange for atrium sale earn some extra money for every 2 or 3 months. we did atrium sales in july, so next booking in Nov or Dec.

We have other business to do and have to go to oversea handle the contract for 7 months.

we wish can find someone take over all and there is no take over fees. no renovation require.

contract is signed with management and us together. This price is below market rate. The other space is charge 4500 per month.
