NEW Rules For Letting Go Retail Space

Parallel to the new rules implemented for Sharing of Retail Space, these are the new rules for Letting Go Retail Space.

All offers must state:

1) Exact floor area and/or table size clearly.
2) Original Rental paid for the space
3) Rental letting go at

Note that letting go rate CANNOT be greater than original rate.

Posts that do not fulfil the above conditions will be deleted immediately without notice.

Any members found marking up rental rates will have his/her Premium account canceled immediately without notice.
