Low take over fee of $40,000 for a complete boutique or F&B with high ceiling, furnishing, cctv, BOSE set, counter, Daikin aircon set, track lights. Before end of August

Landlord is Sentosa Development, if keen I can talk to the landlord for you, and also share with you the rental. I won the tender on best concept 1 year ago. Rental is cheaper than some push carts.

Suitable for retail or can convert to F&B.
