Looking for Partner to Share 1/4 of the Retails Box Shop
 

We're looking for partner to sharing 1/4 of our retails box shop.

Reason for sharing:
1. Full time staff left and unable to find sales staff with commitment
2. Owner has other business commitment and unable to work on it during day time.
3. We have sales staff to run the shop during weekend (Saturday & Sunday only.)
4. We can extend the lease for another 1 year if we find suitable and committed partner
5. Share of pushcart as well at cheaper than market price.

We're looking for person who can commit to operate the shop during Tuesday to Friday (we close on Monday).

From 1 August onwards, we will only operate the shop on Saturday & Sunday until we find suitable partner or a full time staff with commitment, see which one is faster.

- Location: Suntec City Mall
- Area: Approx. 110 sqf (Sharing 1/4 of it, around 30 sq. ft)
- Rental: S$800 / Month Negotiable (for 1/4 shop sharing). Paid monthly in advance.
- 2 months deposit required.
- You can earn Commission from us if you help us to sell our products
- Fully renovated: complete with retails boxes
- You can start business immediately
- Short commitment period : 5 months (till 31 Dec. 2011)
- Suits: lady accessories, gift, novelty, bag, handphone accessories, not suitable for bulky items.
