reason for giving up: we are expanding to a much bigger unit, current unit is too small for us

Take over fee: $4000

we are giving up because we have just secured a bigger unit, three times this size at the shopping mall. Our current trade is gifts and novelties, current shop size is really not enough for us.. If you are doing fashion/accessories, this will be a good time to enter as Sales at Bugis Street will be extremely good during Chinese New year. Plus You can save quite a fair bit since you not going thru the agent and can save abit on the renovation.

It's not at parco. It's at bugis village. Level 1. Air-con area.
Is that ok for you? If it ok with you, would you like to view the shop tomorrow (Sunday) or 27th nov (Monday)?

Current rental is $6687, however it will be adjusted to around $7400 in feb.
