Letting Go of Retail Shop at Bugis Street Level 1
Hi,
We have a retail shop at Bugis Street Level 1 to let go. Current rental rate:$6687 size: 126sf remaining lease term: 6 month reason for giving up: we are expanding to a much bigger unit, current unit is too small for us trade suitable: Fashion/accessories Take over fee: $4000 we are giving up because we have just secured a bigger unit, three times this size at the shopping mall. Our current trade is gifts and novelties, current shop size is really not enough for us.. If you are doing fashion/accessories, this will be a good time to enter as Sales at Bugis Street will be extremely good during Chinese New year. Plus You can save quite a fair bit since you not going thru the agent and can save abit on the renovation. Interested parties, please PM me. Based on first come first serve. |
