Hi due to some partnership issues, we're looking for tenants to take over our ladies retail shop very urgently by end of this month oct 09 if possible.

Location : Far East Plaza, Basement #01-77. (Beside code red, opposite mary jane)

Monthly rental : $5,400 (inclusive of gst)

Space : 194sft

Take over : Nov rental + 3mths deposit refundable payable to far east + far east admin fees, renovation take over is 5k but neg. If able to take over by this month end, renovation take over can be down to $3k.
