Letting Go of Retail Space @ Fareast Basement Level
Hi due to some partnership issues, we're looking for tenants to take over our ladies retail shop very urgently by end of this month oct 09 if possible.
Location : Far East Plaza, Basement #01-77. (Beside code red, opposite mary jane) Monthly rental : $5,400 (inclusive of gst) Space : 194sft Take over : Nov rental + 3mths deposit refundable payable to far east + far east admin fees, renovation take over is 5k but neg. If able to take over by this month end, renovation take over can be down to $3k. Interested please pm me..thks thks..
