kiosk 190SQF, at level 1, face elevator, our kiosk still have 8 months contract(until July 2013), we want go back china for a few months for operation treament, so we look for someone selling kids & lady clothing, accessories, bags or shoes take over at lease 6 months from Nov2012, Dec2012, Jan2013, Feb2013, Mar2013, Apr 2013.

Must one time pay up all rental+one month deposit(3500 per month, included utilities, no nego), we don't collect rental month by month, since we are going back China.



we will come back in end of Apr 2013, so May 2013 onwards, we will take care ourself. serious people please pm me, those looking for 1 or 3 months , I don't want waste my time. also, those booked timing and never appears, pls don't waste my time, only look for serious people , don't have intendtion take six month contract , pls dont pm me.

because these 2 months, a lot people ask, booked timing, never appear, even cancel appointment, never mention, these people very rude, we don't want waste time for these.
