If I'm not mistaken, all the pushcart at Change Alley (chevron house) has all been taken up until June 2013. The booking for July-Dec 2013 will only be opened somewhere in June 2013. Unless someone is willing to give up the pushcart.

the rent per mth is about $3,000 to $4,000. The pushcart there got the telephone number to called.

alot of office crowd on weekday.
but 99% walk pass without stopping.
1% stop but no buy.
even your sale items, they will ask for discount.

saturday, almost zero crowd.

sunday, zero crowd.

i am 99% sure that most vendors there loss money.

my advise
- go there, stay there, count number of "real" buyers, for at least half a day. then calculate if you can make money or not.
- share with others, best if can share with 2 others, each only 1/3 rental and can share manpower. (note: other vendors are not the enemy, the rental and manpower are)
