FAQ:

Why are you paying "Takeover fee" ?
-Its actually for the current fittings & fixture (Eg. Counter,racks,hangers) as the shop was a bare unit when rented. (not even a single switch was provieded)
-We are absorbing all relevant Stamp fees and preparation of the Deed of assignment.

Is the crowd good/who frequent the mall ?
-Dont be surprise that the sales during weekdays are actually better than the weekends! (It also depends on what genre of clothes you sell and your targeted customers as well.)
-Weekdays:Office man, office ladies, nurses, doctors, patients,"tai tais" etc..
-Weekends: christians (novena church), families and kids .

Novena Square 2:
Is known as and the first Singapore’s first Korean-themed shopping mall which enclave on Level 3. From food to fashion, beauty products etc..
