 DOUBLE FRONTAGE Prime location near escalator 2 Months deposit 1 month advance rental $4.5k/month nett (no additional charges other than electricity bill which is approx $50/month) Current tenant giving future tenant $1k CASH for renovation as well. No takeover fees No AGENT commission. Good for fashion, handbags, lifestyle, handphones, handphone accessories etc biz. Reason for letting go: Been there for 2 years since 2009. Opened a 2nd shop at Choa Chu Kang in 2010 and decided to close this one as i am currently holding a full time job as well. Cant manage both shops. |
