Anyone know how is the business at bugis street and far east plaza?? Which location will be better, if I want to launch ladies wear from ages 15 to 30 plus?? Any advice for other location??

Honestly, both are equally the same depending on how you see it. Bugis St is slightly more expensive. If you are new, I suggest you try other places or share the space first cos the pricing at this 2 places are very competative and unless your cost is very low, it is very difficult to compete there. Just my opinion :)

I had a unit at Bugis Street before, it's very competitive there. Most are slashing prices to compete.

Hi Anyone,

I am also looking for a retail shop space in Bugis Steet Village to sell ladies clothings. Not sure what is the monthly rental price there. Anyone can provide some info on the rough pricing?

Also, if anyone has a shop space there to let go, I will be most interested to take a look at it. I hope to set up shop sometime in October if a suitable place and good rental price available. Thanks so much, anyone!:applause: :yippee:

Thanks for taking time to reply and provide suggestion for my request for shop space at Bugis Street (Village). Haji Lane is not my preferred location and so I will not be considering it at this time. Thanks anyway.

If anyone can shed me some light on the rough rental price at Bugis Street shops will be most appreciated. Also, anyone with shops to let go in this area, do let me know asap. Thanks again!

Bugis st, those small shop @ 2nd level is like 2k+
Far east -- small shops about 4k-6k depending how big your space is
