For this case, it's very rare for someone to let out their unit without going thru an agent. for all 1st timer, to get into bugis street you have to go thru a sole agent there who will take half a month deposit from you & after which you renew another year, another agent fee. so this time round with taking over my unit you can skip all these extra cost & straight without renovating.

because i have too many unit on hand & i'm short handed, if not i will not give up this unit. as everyon know bugis street the crowd is always there. with their tag u with singapore tourism board, every night there's tour bus bringing tourist in to bugis street..

i've just renew my contract with bugis management. and it will be untill next year end of May/june. take it as a try out for half a year & if it's good you can also continue to extend your lease...:-)

rental: S$6211 per mth * all in * electrical fee, management fee...etc...
take over fee -- S$6000 *nego*
