reason for giving up: we are expanding to a much bigger unit, current unit is too small for us
trade suitable: Fashion/accessories/Toys

Take over fee: negotiable
we urgently need to give up this current unit because we have just secured a bigger unit, three times this size at the shopping mall. Our current trade is gifts and novelties, current shop size is really not enough for us..
