Well just like what pocket4kid said you have to be a student there or ask your friend book for you for around $300 a month REntal DAMn CHeap! But unless you want to just trying out if not you should just FORGET the IDEA!It doesnt matter what you sells & how good e location or how cheap your products arE.There's almost as bad as NO SALES!Many students there,e pushcarts are all at 1 FIX location at the CAnteen with FUll of Crowds during lunch but HARDly anybody BOTHERS to SEE your PRODUCTS!Even that FEW people that SEE they dont BUY.&very few potential buyers of a whole week will BARGAIN till you sell at superlow profit to NO profit may as well dont SELL.&the pushCart with one side facing the wall & SUN is super sauna hot & you will feel wasting time there & hard to get pass the time.

hihi i don't agree with secret garden coz i consign my stuffs with a lady there. And I got back abt $100+ within a week after deducting her commission.

Im selling ladies apparels and accessories so maybe they are more suitable for students and youngsters. The lady does feedback that the students like to bargain but at most i give them $2-3 discount and they very happy already. I mean who doesn't bargain when buying tins right. I personally like to bargain too! hahaha

Well abt the weather, i tink it's hot everyday and everywhere in singapore as long as its outdoor. keke.

hi, Lilacbliss your consign is consign your ladies apparels & accessories when was that at MDIS?Cos me & my friends are selling ladies apparels & accessories for youngsters too for 1 whole month.1st 2 weeks was very slow & average sales enough to cover rental & cost of 2weeks.Last 2weeks was getting worse in the month of april.

Like you said who doesnt bargain, but those that bargain are not just students, but adults & teachers & are supergood at bargainning too.If bargain reduce a few $ is fine. But your item already cost example: $10 & you sell at low profit margin of $15 only yet they still want bargain more then 50% of what you SElling & even reduce a little bit more for them to make them happy, some of them still refuse & insist on the price that they anyhow bargain for.

Well weather nowsadays is hot everywhere, but mdis there's not much wind be best to bring a fan along if you do not want to be sweating like hell.

hi secret garden

i tin for bargain, i m sure every bazzar we go, sure got ppl bargain de. so for tt, we usually got to be prepared n think abt how we price our items.

as for crowd, hopefully the pushcart is at the canteen n maybe more crowd over there. well, I guess products do play a very impt part to attract ppl coming to ur stall + the art of pricing your item + display of ur items too. Also, marketing from the organiser do play a part too pulling in the crowd. these are just my own experience after hoping ard bazzars for so long.

Sales there is very slow, although the low rent should be able to cover your expenses (Rent+salary). I have a customer who rent there for a month some time ago.
