How is this Tampines Flea? Wat are the crowds and buying power?
Is it mostly for second hand stuff or are there people selling new stuff?

There were people selling both second hand and new stuff and both did attract some crowds. There were also foreigners like Phillipinos and Indians too. The Phillipinos and Indians were rather interested in shopping at the flea market. The Phillipinos consist of ladies shopping with their friends, if one buys, one or two of their friends will buy too. But if your target crowd is youngsters, then might be a bit difficult as the crowds are mainly families and age between late 20s and 40s.

I'm not taking up any flea markets, but I believe there are people who are interested in sharing the Tampines Flea maket with you if you take up one. I have received some pm from some members that they are rather keen on the Tampines Flea.
