Been there for shopping only, if space near the doors then ok, but inside, no way people know.

Hi,

Went there and share the booth with others. Sales are kinda bad? Perhaps I sell my clothes too expensive liaoz...

Crowd there are all HDB Hub employees aka mostly aunties and uncles.. Uncles are more than aunties though... They all look for cheap stuff and most of them are just, window shoppers... Think food sell better than other stuff...

ya, agree.. no much crowd....ppl come in juz look look c c only. Din get good sales in my 3 days there :(

Hi ikelvin, nt sure when will be the next one. And in case u wish to book in future, pls note that the venue is not at the HDB toa payoh forum/atrium where the crowd is. It is inside the clubhouse of the HDB office exclusive to their staff only.

I think that vendors must also consider what product they are selling.

Some vendors will do better at places at HDB Toa Payoh than the others.

When I was last there, I saw the fashion accesories not much business, but items like beaded shoes... wah, hot cakes. Price point also very v important loh

The problem here is the human flow in that place. It is IN THE Toa payoh Hub, 3rd floor. Accessable ONLY to their employees which means alot lesser customers to see our products...
