Nope, not really.
There is simply no crowd... people come and go fast.
The neighbourhood are selling accessories regardless it is handmade or no, relatively cheap, like $1 or $2 for necklaces and $1 for few pairs of earrings.
As for clothing, the neighbourhood has quite a few stores selling cheap clothes, so unless you are selling second hand clothings, and real cheap (like $1 or $2), but that does not provided you will get any business, really.
