Hi,

I'm considering having a flea market at B1 of AMK Hub. Was wondering...

1) How many of you guys are interested in renting a booth? and

2) How much will you pay for a booth IF there is such a bazaar (ie. for Friday, Saturday and Sunday)?

hey i'm interested! the maximum i will pay is $150 for 3 days

Best is below $150 for a 3 days event(Fri, Sat and Sun)
And the location is important, there are parts of AMK Hub that not much shoppers are going there.

I was told they have alot of restrictions. Have you checked with the managing agent? Heard they dun allow trades that are conflict to their existing tenants.

The human traffic is FANTASTIC but spending power... I think is very similar to those at Toa Payoh Hub. More aunties going for cheap stuff, while uncles just stand around to see see look look.:coffee:

same concerns as above...u nd to check thoroughly before taking in vendors..its the central circle area in front of coffee bean rite?? shld ve crowd if its there... :clap:

Hi, i seriously dun think the rate will be this cheap .... It's about the same rate as NUS bazaar... which dun make sense in a shopping mall.
