![]() I use to go there, like 10 years ago. Use to go there to buy sport shoe , jean and CNY clothing
![]() ![]() Never go there anymore since i move house. But i bet the crowd there during wkday afternoon should be not bad bcos there is a hospital, many office and factories nearby. |

![]() I used to open a fashion shop at queensway sometime last year around Febuary. The place is very quiet. I only managed to struggle for 6 months and I had no choice but to break the contract with my landlord. I had 2 shops in peninsular and Bugis, both have been doing quite well for the past 5-6years. Queensway is definitely a huge set back to me.

![]() Used to work there in my teen years and i have to say that there are no potential buyers there. My boss used to complain daily of having to pay us workers and the rent. Not worth investing, in my opinion..

![]() biz is quite slow there for retail. may be a good and "cheaper" place if you plan to have your showroom for distribution biz there.

![]() think that place is famous for 2 things: sports wear and eye care/ glasses..
so if you are selling those two areas, it will be very good for you. but despite there having many shops, the shops are only owned by a few owners who sell their stuff via different shop fronts. |
