Any feedback on downtown east ehub?

I think it is really pathetic, I went there once and there's no crowd at all on a Sat. I doubt the vendors made any money to cover the rental

I was at Downtown East itself and the crowd was really bad. In fact, I couldn't even cover my rental and it was a weekend. Marketing/publicity for the fleamarket event was bad as well.
