Difference Between Parklane & Peace Centre Bazaars
 

I am very new to this industry. Only started in Feb this year. Need help from senior members here. Currently, the bazaar industry is very competitive and I seek kind members to share with me.

Does anyone knows what is the difference between Parklane and Peace Centre? Currently I notice from the forum that there are 2 different organisers at that area. If I'm not mistaken, the 2 buildings are side by side. Why is there such a big difference in terms of rental (about $100 plus) ? Can anyone who have tried this venue share ?

Parklane is exactly next to Peace Centre. In terms of crowd, there is no difference. I guess the difference in pricing is probably this 2 reason:

1) One organiser base rent from the management is higher than the other one.

2) One organiser want to earn more profit than the other one.

If you are on a budget, I suggest you try the cheaper one as honestly, the location has no difference.
