Re: Bazaars or Fairs
since it's a sat, got swimming lesson, bbq, etc, you get many residents n oso their frenz n relatives n maids, thus bigger crowd.. n they are ready to buy things on a bazaar day. previously theres someone selling transmitor radios at about $60pluz oso got many people buy...worth a try..

Re: Bazaars or Fairs
Hi there (Umechu),
I've tried the MAAD this mth b4, and would say that it depends on what you're selling. Can be quite competitive as many are doing almost the same kind of thing. If you're thinking of one time off kind of marketing, my advice is not to try, as over there, many are quite regular as to build their brand rapport with customer or create awareness (new brand). If to create awareness, you need to try a few months over there so as customers can come back to you again. As your price range are between 50 - 100, it may be quite difficult to sell unless it must be very unique and appeal to people because the spending power of people there are not very willing to spend too much on an item that can get somewhere else. I saw a lot of them are younsters and students where looking for cheaper price range and I 'think' some are from same trade, once in while you may see only a few working class people and most of them are looking for their regular stall. This is just my opinions and hope it helps. Pyxis |
