This is to share what Darlene has ask in another thread. Don't want to mix this sharing with another venue with United Square heading.

The bazaar that you were asking is probably the one held at Bigsplash. It was used to be called Singapore Car Boot Sale. Initially, they have 2 areas to sell your products. One is at the car park and the other one is in front of the Old Town where you can just rent tables to place your products if you do not happen to have a carboot to display your stuff.
Nowadays, there is only one area at the carpark so whether you have a car or not, you can rent a table to display your stuffs. Honestly speaking, this place is very very challenging. I guess of all the bazaars or flea markets in Singapore, this has to be the most challenging one. If you are new to this venue, I would strongly suggest that you give this place a miss.
The main reason is that when it rains, you will not be able to make any income and the worst thing is that when it does not rain, it will be scorching hot!! You will need to put on a lot of sunblock to protect your skin. During the day, when the weather is very hot, you will not only feel hot but very exasted at the end of the day. Besides....on top of paying the rental, you have to pay for the tentage rental (about $50 for 2 days). It is not compulsory to rent the tentage but without that tentage, your skin and body will suffer a lot.
In terms of buying crowd, this place is not bad. There is good buying crowd with buying power from this people. If you can last until the evening (6pm onwards), sales will pour in from that time onwards. If you do go to that place, I wish you the best of luck!
